How fast is my service live after payment?

Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Enter your GSTIN at checkout and every invoice carries it. Invoices are emailed instantly and stay available in your customer dashboard.
What does annual billing change?
You pay for 10 months and get 12. Minute packs, one-time builds and SSL certificates are not affected. You can switch a service from monthly to annual at any time from the dashboard.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Monthly plans can be cancelled from the dashboard before the next renewal with no penalty. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata within 30 days of purchase; see the refund policy.
Will you migrate my existing setup?
Yes — the Managed Migration service moves servers, databases and mailboxes with a zero-downtime cutover. It is free for Cloud Enterprise and Dedicated Server customers.
Do you sign an SLA?
Every service carries the uptime commitment printed on its plan. Enterprise and dedicated plans come with a written SLA and service credits.
